      Good strong company and good protocols. The equipment is new or near new and always in good working order. Most employees are good to work with

      Cons

      Watch for some supervisors and even some of the employees as they will make it their passion to try to get you fired.

      Favoritism There is a lot of employee cliques Local management are company people who don't give crap about the employees especially the operations coordinator. They make sure you know you are just a number and you are replaceable. Good luck getting off on time or being sent to bfe and being held there pat crew change time. Health insurance is terrible Being sent out of your home area and being held in other areas regardless of what time you get off
