I worked at this company for a few years. One aspect I appreciated was that several managers genuinely cared about the well-being of their employees.

Cons

During my time at this company, I observed that there was significant pressure from some managers and directors for employees to engage in activities outside of work, such as taking them to lunch or giving gifts. This created a sense of favoritism, where certain employees were treated differently based on compliance with these expectations. Such an environment can be frustrating and may impact overall morale. Based on my experience, I would advise prospective employees to carefully consider whether this type of culture aligns with their work values, even if the company offers competitive compensation.

Poor work life balance. Workload is insane. Glued to your desk all day can’t even use the bathroom.
