Pros

Corporate theory on Values and Mission sound good.

Cons

Denver office management style is Care-less, Aloof, and disassociated with the filed staff. Just research the reviews for this office over the past few years. The fact that nothing has actually been done speaks volumes to this company's priorities.

Pros

There are no pros except they are a large company. They do keep up with new regulations and have a good computer system for reports to see how much they make but its cost nurses their jobs.

Cons

They are money hungry and just don't care who they step over to make a buck. Their computer system doesn't generate individualized plans of care. They won't allow keyboards with their tablets. Takes too long to document so documentation is lacking.

Pros

Pay is competitive, but benefits are deplorable. Unfortunately, i'm struggling to find any pros to working for this company. The commute to work from home was less than 15 minutes away

Cons

No organization or implementation business plan. C level mgmt need experience and expertise. No training or on-boarding for new employees resulting in chaos. No written procedures and policies. HR is completely one sided and does not fairly investigate claims of discrimination or hostile work environment. Attrition is high.
