Pros

None, Amy the scheduling coordinator does not answer her phone. She does her own thing leaving you with no work. If you have kids don’t work here.

Cons

No benefits, no hrs, no contact with supervisor. Nobody cares at all.

Pros

Used to be a nice place to work before Accentcare took over Seasons.

Cons

Worked at this company (Seasons) before AccentCare took over. Seasons felt like a family with a supportive team with dedicated care to our patients. Now it is all about productivity points, ridiculous caseloads, no support for field staff. Never hear that you’re doing a great job (when you know you are!) it’s the one thing you didn’t get to. Micromanaged. Weekly IDG meetings lasting 2-3 hours and still supposed to meet productivity points. Only visits provide points.

Pros

Patients are appreciative of care they receive

Cons

Leadership/management is lacking, blind leading the blind. They are so numbers driven and busy taking complaints from upset patients they will have no time for their staff. They do not care about staff at all. Hospice branch is a sinking ship filled with a bunch of women that can't swim.
