Pros

Pay was great initially. Some good quality folks. Great forensic software. Working from home is the only reason for the extra star.

Cons

No raises or bonuses. TOO MANY non-quality folks. Terrible upper management to include executives. A lot of empty promises. Management screwed a lot of quality people out of jobs to hire less qualified people for lower salaries. I can go on, but either it's been covered already or another bad review will be on here.

Pros

Pay was ok at the start because management didn't know better. Hiring freezes, no raises (for entire team) and no bonuses over the last two years - it may start out ok but don't expect it to go anywhere. A lot of the folks in sales really bust their tails to bring in revenue. Great place to get TONS of experience in troubleshooting and developing workarounds if you work with the software. One of the few places left out there that you will also get loads of experience in creative accounting practices. Proven track record of paying electricity bills on time... the only service I haven't seen cutoff in the last two years due to non-payment.

Cons

Their tools are garbage. Support is a joke. Development is a mess. "Management" is terrible. CEO is delusional. When asked why company doesn't match 401k - AD is a startup and most startups don't match... "AccessData - Getting started, since 1987" Many folks in the sales organization are allowed to invent titles and roles for themselves that they are not qualified to fill. I guess this one goes in the "Pros" bucket for those guys...

Pros

Fast growing, they are staying at the top of the pile for the forensic market and could translate into reasonable job security and maybe stock options in the future

Cons

blighted by poor ideas of employee management and satisfaction, poor benefits and salary, internal politics and favoritism rule at this place to the extent that any growth opportunities are halted completely if you don't make the right connections and spend a fair amount of time sucking up to the bosses. Also firings are beginning to become commonplace
