Senior management always seem to be on a different page. They only care about the product that they're over and don't really seem to care about the others although they are all tied at the hip. Morale always seems to be at a low as there have been a few rounds of layoffs in the last year and it always feels like you are on borrowed time. Senior management never seems worried about getting a quality product out the door just a product with more features that won't work correctly. Benefits!!! Not even going to expand on that one!

* Upper management does not know how to manage a software company. Morale is low because there have been several layoffs. Experienced employees are leaving, and there are no incentives to stay. Very poor health benefits. No employee evaluations or ability to get raises.
