Hikes are not that great

I would not recommend this company, especially for women employees. During my time on the bench, I felt that the project allocation process was not transparent. It seemed that the Bench Manager had significant influence over project opportunities, and I did not always feel that assignments were based only on skills and performance. I also had interactions that made me feel uncomfortable and affected my confidence in the work environment. Because of my experience, I did not feel fully supported while waiting for project allocation. In addition, I was disappointed with how employee concerns were handled. From my perspective, the process did not provide enough confidence that workplace issues would be reviewed fairly and independently. I believe the company should improve transparency in project allocation, create a more respectful workplace for women, and strengthen employee trust in its internal complaint process.
