- sometimes we are waiting too long for approval to move this forward from other countries, but I guess it is normal in quite big company

From my experience, the company makes a genuine effort to support its employees and crate a positive work environment. One of the things I appreciate the most is its strong focus on learning and development. Employees have acces to Udemy, regular training sessions, and other learning opportunities that support both personal and professional growth.

Cons

After two years with the company, I haven't encountered any significant drawbacks.

Based on my experience, the workplace culture raised serious concerns about how some women employees were treated. There were instances of inappropriate personal questions, interference in employees' personal lives, and conduct that made the work environment feel uncomfortable and unprofessional. I also observed situations that gave the impression that inappropriate expectations
