Learn to work on all the latest cutting edge tools and technologies there. The package provided by them is also a handsome one. The organization is quite flat in structure. Everyone is reachable even up to the top leadership.

Cons

Few of the projects here are quite rich in technology and developers get a good exposure to learn those quickly. Even there is no variable pay in salary and few of the facilities provided by the company is quite good.
