      Pros

      The once thing I liked about Accion Labs is the environment and work culture. The team is good and supportive; company CTO is brilliant and easily approachable. Overall excellent experience.

      Cons

      I have seen salespeople at Accion without any business or very less business. Some of them are even not aware of market trends. Still they are getting promoted and good people are leaving company

      No proper system on Hiring and recruitment process, Salary's of new hirings has no standers and limits and no relation with existing employees with more skills, Talent and passion, leads to more turn around rate
