Pros
I worked at Accion Labs as a technical recruiter in the Pittsburgh office for over two years and I had a great experience in my time there. You have access to technical people which allows you to learn about how the technologies work for the positions you are recruiting for and that was very helpful. Management was fair, honest and cares about their employee's professional development. My coworkers were friendly and hardworking. They also had fun office events.
Cons
The position worked out well and was what I expected so for me there were no cons to report.
