Pros

It's a very clean and well organized environment with friendly and uplifting teammates. I feel very heard and understood when I raise concerns or make suggestions for continuous improvement. Any time I have questions, I'm always met with extremely helpful and descriptive responses in a way I can actually understand. The benefits they offer are amazing and there are different tiers to fit everyone's needs. And the company does a phenomenal job at keeping employee spirits high by offering a variety of incentives like little holiday parties and occasional food trucks (very nice bonus!) I feel like there is lots of room for employee growth and a fountain of knowledge I have yet to discover.

Cons

I wasn't a big fan of having to do mandatory weekends twice a month but I made it work and the paycheck is definitely worth it. As much as I don't enjoy wearing a uniform, it does take out the question each morning of what I'm going to wear. The one thing I was very disappointed and confused about is that you're not allowed to have "unnatural" colored hair but it's 100% okay for people with tattoos to have them showing. That seemed a bit unbalanced.

Thank you for taking the time to share such a thoughtful and detailed review of your experience. We’re genuinely glad to hear that your time in the Laser Etch department has been positive, and that you’ve felt supported, heard, and encouraged by your teammates and leaders. Maintaining a clean, well-organized environment and providing clear, helpful communication are priorities for us, so it’s rewarding to see that reflected in your feedback. We’re also pleased that you’ve found value in our benefits program and the various incentives we offer. Creating opportunities for employee engagement—whether through celebrations, food trucks, or team activities—is an important part of our culture, and it’s great to hear that these efforts resonate with you. Regarding your concerns, we appreciate the honest perspective. Weekend work can certainly be challenging, and we recognize the commitment it requires. We’re glad you were able to make it work, and we take this feedback seriously as we continually evaluate how to balance operational needs with employee well-being. We also hear your comments about uniforms and appearance guidelines. These policies are designed to align with customer expectations and industry standards, but your point about fairness and consistency is noted. Suggestions like occasional dress-down days or more flexibility on hair color are helpful, and we will take them forward for internal review. Your input contributes to ongoing conversations about how we can maintain professionalism while also allowing for individual expression. Thank you again for sharing your insights and for contributing to our team. We appreciate your work, your perspective, and the constructive suggestions you’ve offered.

Pros

I’ve worked in the PeopleOPS (HR) department for several years, and I can confidently say this is one of the best workplaces I’ve ever been a part of. The culture is collaborative, supportive, and built on a strong foundation of respect. Leadership genuinely cares about people. I’ve been encouraged to grow professionally and personally, and I’ve always felt my contributions were appreciated. The teams here are filled with smart and hardworking individuals who work toward shared goals. I consider myself fortunate to be part of such an outstanding organization. If you're looking for a place where you can do meaningful work with great people, this is it. Pros: Supportive and people-first leadership Collaborative, respectful work culture Opportunities for growth and development Incredible colleagues Strong organizational values

Cons

Honestly, none that stand out—like any workplace, challenges come up, but they’re addressed thoughtfully and transparently

Thank you for the strong words of support. The HR team is a critical component of our entire operation. If they are not fully engaged – no one will be. Respect, accountability, and a genuine sense of caring is part of everything we try to do. We all work hard and expect everyone to do their best. Our PeopleOPS team is charged with the responsibility to support the growth of all of our employees. It appears that they understand their role.
