Thank you very much for your review. This is exactly what we love to hear. Nothing is perfect but we do our best to make sure that we are always getting better and we are building a culture that supports our employees and the customers we serve.

Thank you for your post. It has been some time since I have read that the work environment at Acero Precision is “laid back and easy…”. I will say that our managers and supervisors are respectful and supportive and everyone is working towards our goals as a team. Maybe that is why our employees feel this way. Somewhat disappointed to read that this employee is bored. It does not seem possible that could be the case, especially in an environment that moves as fast as ours. Due to a number of factors, the vast majority of training does take place during our first shift. However, this is addressed with the employee prior to starting their job with the company. We created a number of paths an employee may take which will lead to promotion and professional development, regardless of shift status. Our most recent promotions involved machinists working the 2nd and 3rd shifts. Acero Precision offers first, second, third, and weekend shift opportunities with a standard base schedule of M-F and every other Saturday.
