We appreciate your feedback and point of view but we strongly disagree. Our job descriptions are audited by regulation on an annual basis for system compliance. It unclear what is meant by fake behaviors but the notion that our owner is a dictator and cannot make eye contact is just an unwarranted personal attack. These reviews are intended to provide insight into a company for job seekers. And sometimes the feedback can be severe and we will take note and improve. But it should never be personal.

This reviewer stayed with us for more than 5 years and maybe still employed, something must be right! Yes, there could any number of reasons for a change in a review schedule but never without explanation. They are always completed perhaps at a later date but completed The opportunities for advancement are abundant for those that bring value, we have staff that started at $10 per hr. and after bringing value over the years now have six figure incomes – that’s an opportunity for advancement. All of our employees are given the opportunity to work overtime no one is mandated. Schedules are not changed very often so for example if you asked at time of hire for 5 nine hour days then yes we do hold on to that schedule. Finally employees that achieve 5 years of employment gets $500 gift and those that make 10 years $1000. We have many that employees that have achieved the 5, 10, 15, 20 , 25 and 30 year milestones!
