Pros

Pay - but it depends on where you work Some small things they do for employees can be nice such as paying for lunches, but this is largely gone since the pandemic

Cons

This company has potential, but I've seen several things get worse as time progressed. I mentioned pay as a pro and my pay was good, however, I talked to multiple teams and others are taken advantage of. I'm about equality for everyone and finding that others were treated less, lead me to leaving the company. I also saw a decline in my interest after several months of working from home during the pandemic. This company relies heavily on meetings instead of using efficient means of communication such as email and chat. They also require being on camera most of the time. I dealt with significant meeting fatigue and I was incredibly tired of being on camera. I brought this up numerous times, but no one cared. For anyone considering employment, I would recommend understanding their benefits so you don't lose out on any incentives. In my case, I lost out on almost a year of 401k match because they pay out every March, instead of per paycheck like every other company I've worked for. Based on when I left, I was told I was ineligible for the match, which is unbelievably ridiculous. As a result of all this, I would never consider working there again.

Pros

None anymore that I can think of.

Cons

They will promise you the moon and stars in your interview. They will show you people making over 100k + and tell you that you can achieve that. You can’t . Only a select few get chosen for that. Your leads are not people looking for your services. They are people looking for sometimes that you must con into this program. If you truly care about people’s future do not work here. If you have no soul then go for it. Regardless of what they tell you , you are ruining people’s lives for years to come. Find something else. Make a difference in the world for good, not here . Don’t do it. The mangers here are terrible. They are all old sales people that haven’t done the job in at least 5+ years.

Pros

The position is work from home

Cons

Where do I start The lies if you like to tell lies to people this is the place for you they lie to the clients and the employees and you cannot be honest with the people that you are supposed to be helping they prey on the fact a lot of people don’t really understand credit and money and finances which explains the leads they provide they target a certain demographic type of consumer-predators Management can never give you a direct answer which is reflective of how they want you to communicate with the clients The leads are horrible they lie and say they are distributed evenly and fairly but they are not and if you can see and have common sense you will pick up on this quickly I have seen management try to call people out in the slack channel for asking questions just answer the question don’t try to make the person feel bad for asking They quality of leads is horrible they weren’t this bad when I started you may sit at your desk for 2 hours waiting for a lead meanwhile the other person may have taken multiple leads in that time frame I also noticed that that management will try to flip things on their employees when management’s implemented changes don’t work it becomes a what are not doing issue Favoritism This is just not a good place if you value your sanity and you don’t like getting played
