If you have ever been dragged down by your work place environment, then working here you will eliminate that. the air of this place is one of a kind. the positivity is off the charges because of the life changing work that we do here and the people in charge actually care about those under them.

Cons

Perhaps the pay could be a bit higher for the transformation work we do.

Pros

Easy to get the job and I enjoyed the office environment.

Cons

It’s a sales position but they don’t pay nearly the same as similar positions. It takes most people about a year to make it to Phase 2 (which is straight commission) and even then the top reps are only making around $70k.

I just began working here and I'm really liking it. I enjoy the atmosphere. The job is challenging but the leads and coworkers are supportive and very encouraging, they genuinely care about the employees and want them to succeed.

Cons

The only thing that might be a con is the challenging nature of the job, but that can be seen either way. I'm liking the challenge, it's motivating.
