9yI appreciate your perspective about the company. We’ve had to make significant changes to the business across the board to put us in a better position to grow and scale the company. This typically leads to an influx of new leaders as well as new employees, growing pains, and at times reductions in parts of the business. But these changes have led to a stronger business model and we’re now in the right deals where we are seeing healthy levels of competition. Additionally, we’re driving an increased focus in making the marketer’s successful across all customer touch points from the first brand experience, through the buyers journey, to becoming customer advocates. With this focus comes additional differentiation, and I’m excited about the vision and roadmap of our solution.
