They throw you right into the deep end on day 1. Whether you sink or swim, that’s up to you. But you can never say you weren’t given the opportunity to prove yourself.

Cons

Whiny EMTs who can’t handle the pressures of the job and want to blame everyone but themselves for their failings.

I enjoyed my time at Action. I learned a lot and met a lot of really great people. In the end, it wasn’t the right career for me, but I like the company and wish them all the best.

Cons

None. It just wasn’t a good fit.
