24 hr shifts, pay differential for IFT, overtime

Cons

Will promise the world to get new hires but won't pay the agreed upon rate, poor if any annual raises, management will retaliate for any and every minor inconvenience, got fired for reporting medic for not documenting refusal after doing 12 lead and vitals on monitor.
