      Great coworkers!! Friendly work environment and loved my clients!

      Cons

      Make sure they train you properly! If you feel like they are throwing you in say something! They trained me backwards such as having me do admissions and recertifications without any proper training in the computer system! Therefore eventually making my charting stack up to the point it was extremely overwhelming! Make sure they don't put the "cart before the horse". Be assertive!

      Clients as well as families were great

      Cons

      Management lies to their clients regarding the care they will receive. Multiple times clients were left with out care ( Lack of staffing) . Will have staff care for care for other family members not on contract. Lack of training to inexperienced Care givers.

      Hutchinson admin staff can be short-tempered and hostile Long commutes for staff training and patient care Documentation system EMR not user-friendly and time-intensive
