People (passionate individuals about their work) Collaboration Meaningful work Culture of continuous education Room for growth & promotion People-centric management (actually one of the core values is people over process)

Cons

Work/life balance (culture not for everyone--very fast paced culture, and very high expectations)--this works for some but not all Hybrid model (hybrid organization--which is good--but I think in office vs remote should be more flexible to employees needs/desires instead of a corporate mandate) Compensation (pay is fair, but somewhat below market value, given workload/stress/expectations of the organization) Benefits (some plans are okay, but overall I think the premiums costs are higher than industry standard) Culture (I think business culture is fine--but I think there should be more fun/non-work culture events that encourage relationship building, outside of a traditional work function)

Pros

Addison Group allows you to grow your career at your own pace without a ceiling for commission compensation. You are in control of your own destiny here! If you are a high producer, you have great flexibility and can even earn unlimited PTO. We have a wonderful team of individuals that I am thankful to work with daily and consider them my work family.

Cons

Flexibility goals can be tougher to achieve on some teams but are great once earned!

Unrealistic goals, low base salary.

Offers a base salary, decent benefits, able to work at home one day a week.

Cons

Low base salary. Very unrealistic expectations and meeting goals. Expected to have job orders after third month. Manager is toxic and hard to work with, very micro managed. Healthcare team is a mean girls club. Jobs you will be pitching are not shared in interview process. A company is not going to pay a recruiting fee for a front desk person making $19/hr.
