Client Services Director in Chicago (Bill Sloyan) is great. Very friendly and nice ARO staff.

Cons

Not enough PTO. I have 2 kids and I use all of my PTO for doctor appointments

Best technology I've used from any of the other companies I've worked for. Our jobs are made significantly easier by the cool tools they provide.

Cons

I don't think we get enough charity leave time tho I've used some vacation hours to supplement that.

Pros

I was in a financial bend with the City of Chicago with tickets and received a boot on my car, ARO step in and help me out before my car was towed away. They demonstrated loving care for me in my time of need and it was very much appreciated. I was not surprised by show of gratitude.

At this point , none.
