Cons

-Adobe is a huge company and it will take time to find your fit -Your individual experience depends on the organization and leadership, but expect Reorgs, WIL can be up and down -Slow interview process, I had 3-4 recruiters over 8 months due to reorgs -Limited Remote positions now available -Limited incentive upside compared to other FAANG
