Amazing corporate culture (happy colleagues), great competitive and high-end innovative products, sharp long-term vision. Hardly seen any layoffs even on hard times like early 2023! Benefits are amazing for FTEs: very generous PTO, yearly $10k Education Fund for Long-term learning experiences, $1K Prof Development Fund for short-term learning experiences, $600 Wellness Benefits (Health and Equipment), ESPP with 15% discount. If you are a high performer, you might earn RSUs.

Cons

Constant issues with commissions pay - all fixable/paid accordingly, but definitely time consuming to troubleshooting. Regular pay (salary) could be a little higher comparing to market - I wouldn't say it's bad, but definitely average comparting to big tech.
