      Clients can be pleasant Scheduling allows for some flexibility if part time but not much for full time

      Cons

      Reach promotion ceiling pretty quick No real advancement path Politics play too big of a part in leadership decisions

      Job Title Debacle

      Pay is decent Hours are good Co Workers are amazing

      Cons

      Too much favoritism. Each center closing, means a manager is displaced and is demoted in title, pay is kept. Some will lose their title, some will not. Need to have a better 'title' in place for that since many have an issue if you are not a 'peer'.
