Pros

Bonuses are decent, job is predictable every day. We have some really great customers that feel like family. Sundays off is nice.

Cons

Ridiculously low pay. I'm told that is "competitive" compared to other companies. Other loan places start at a much higher starting rate. Too much marketing in your personal vehicle.Benefits are so-so. Ridiculous quotas are hard to meet and a lot of favoritism. I'm looking for something else because I cannot afford to live on the wages they provide.

All in all Regional Mgrs let you run your Divisions as you see fit.

Cons

Lots of change quickly sometimes without trying out the ideas first. Made for a bad experience for the customers.
