Pros

There isn’t much pros besides having holidays off and paid

Cons

There is favoritism from the company going from managers , to DDOS to even RDOS. Former employees are afraid to speak. They will tell you to talk about the problems and speak openly but when you do you just get yelled back at or ashamed for it. No matter what you do how hard you work you’re effort is always in the dark.

no work-life balance

Pros

Building relationships with a variety of customers.

Cons

The company demands that you complete a tremendous amount of paperwork, collections and marketing while you work by yourself in an office. The management style is criticism without coaching.

Not a good job anymore

Pros

Closed on Sunday and days are only 9am to 630pm

Cons

Limited communication from corporate to center. Lack of benefits (10 days of vacation and 32 hours of sick time each year) , there is only a 5 week unpaid maternity leave and the insurance doesn't cover anything unless you have the top two tiers. Since Covid, the amount we are getting paid is now considered low ( and they're not giving much more to new hires)
