Closed on Sunday and days are only 9am to 630pm

Cons

Limited communication from corporate to center. Lack of benefits (10 days of vacation and 32 hours of sick time each year) , there is only a 5 week unpaid maternity leave and the insurance doesn't cover anything unless you have the top two tiers. Since Covid, the amount we are getting paid is now considered low ( and they're not giving much more to new hires)

In addition to market-competitive compensation, we offer other benefits such as corporate discounts for some goods and services, business casual attire, compensation increases, bonus potential based on Center performance, and many others. We also make a point to regularly assess local/regional costs of living and make compensation adjustments when needed. Racism / Favoritism / Untrustworthy / Scams / Horrible work environment. Company is very shady from its loans to its corporate direction and operations . I could write so much negative about this company and it’s practices from people to process but am deciding on whether to sue, or share all the emails and communications with news stations of this company’s real business practices including the two emails executive staff received threatening to write false POSITIVE reviews for the company to offset the real negative ones just as an example of what goes on here. Corporate responses are generic and computer generated with NO REAL care of situations or perhaps they just aren’t educated enough to realize people aren’t as dumb as they think. In some of the other reviews you see the problem is stated as HR reps and the response says contact HR with a number attached. When people state the problem is HR, know this goes ALL the way up. Don’t bother calling the CEO, he won’t respond even when you leave messages and send emails stating you want to discuss the proof you have. HR responses are just comical but a good example of how detached this company is from it’s reality. Your words CANT be deleted and you have NO WAY of covering yourself on this one. I WILL NOT BE IGNORED or SILENCED
