Pros

Great Benefits and pay. Good people at the regional and store level.

Cons

Company wants to hit financial results no matter what. They are not listening to the field. Goals are not realistic. A lot of layoffs and terminations of good people that were committed 100% to the organization.

Company car, computer, phone, gas card and credit card. Somewhat in control of your schedule.

Cons

We preach, "service is our best part". We can't serve if we don't have price and availability.
