Pay period every two weeks, no overtime payed, have to deal with irritated management when the performance of the store is not up to daily expectations. Bad communication with management and employees, their more concerned with the bonuses they receive when the store does well than their employees training.

Ultimately, this is a corporate position and thinking inside the box is definitely required. Very long hours, extremely high expectations, low pay. Stock price takes precedence over all other concerns.
