      Pros

      Great team, great training but be knowledgable about repairs.

      Cons

      Bad customer base, for some reason they thought our store was a full blown repair shop and got mad daily because you wouldn't do the repairs.

      Pros

      Salary was pretty decent. Great people to work with. Good product selection in parts with well-known brands and good availability. Made selling pretty easy.

      Cons

      Impossible to do everything they want done. They've cut hours to a point where GM has to physically be in too many places in the store at once, after they got rid of the AGM positions in most stores back in 2015. Customer service for DIY has gone out the window since then.

      Pros

      It's retail retail hours, retail customers etc. If you know something about cars it can be rewarding assisting people with their vehicles. But they don't want to pay you what you are worth.

      Cons

      Corporate trickle down. They care more about stock price and top level bonuses than customers or employees. They don't want to pay employees that have years of experience and know what they are doing.
