Pros

I have really nothing to put here. The company is not listening to its employees about how things are.

Cons

Benefits aren't that good. Training is horrible. Employee turn around is terrible.

Pros

Great opportunity to learn about cars and general mechanic work.

Cons

It's retail so your obviously going to deal with your run of the mill customers. Goals are set extremely high and unattainable. If your part of management, forget about getting a bonus. Stores are understaffed because corporate doesn't give enough hours to accommodate, yet various tasks and sales must be achieved.
