Pros

The people are great. They work really hard and are generally nice. There are lots of interesting projects to work on, and never a lack of things to do.

Cons

The company does not know what it wants to be. Things are constantly changing and programs are not given a chance to be successful and measure the impact before they are chasing things again. Merit increases do not keep up with cost of living.

Pros

Not too much to say here.. It was a good company to work for 5 years ago

Cons

Almost everything. Lack of leadership in corporate, constant turnover, poor money managing in corporate levels. We should not be cut off from ordering store supplies such as cleaning products, toilet paper, paper towels, etc...

Pros

Working with commercial shops is great. They will have you laughing all day. Most of the other employees are great. The other employees are what's going to make it hard to leave and work with the competition.

Cons

I've been doing the managers job for a while now. The manager position became available and because I didn't pass the parts knowledge test I will be overlooked for the position. I have been trying to move up in the company but haven't been given a chance. The parts knowledge test is a joke. You do not have to know exactly how a system works to sell parts. You sell the part the customer needs you're not the mechanic. If it was a big problem the commercial customers and DIY customers wouldn't be asking for me to sell them parts if it was. An employee that is awful with customers gets a promotion instead of getting fired. Management only looks at numbers not the employees. Cuts hours. Unrealistic sales goals.
