Pros

pay is not bad. benefits are good. you can advance if willing to drive more. overall not a bad job.

Cons

long hours for G M's. don't have enough hours to do all that has to be done.too many people in upper management.

Pros

Benefits for full time only but u pay for them. Only upside

Cons

Long hours. Crap pay. I do more work then anyone else and was a promised a raise before thanksgiving 5 months ago. Was hired as driver but do everything. Drive. Counter. Sales. Phones. Run commercial. Computers. Etc.

Good people, ebb-and-flow management

Pros

Team oriented, continuity of relationships, opportunity for advancement

Cons

Very ebb-and-flow of directives and communication from higher-ups. Do this, 6 months later don't do that, do this. 6 more months, go back to what you were doing. Hassle for the team and inconsistent to the customers.
