      Pros

      I work for an amazing store. My GM is the best boss I have ever had. I love my team and enjoy being a manager for them. I have made lifelong friends out of my co workers and we all consider each other family. But its the store that make the experience not the company...

      Cons

      Like I said its the store. The company under appreciates and over expects. Pay is laughable not even a living wage for management. They tell you how easy it is to make sales bonuses but then stack the odds against you by requiring sales goals, dollar per transaction goals, store goals, and transaction number goals all having to be met every period in order to bonus.

      Flexible hours and a good discount.

      Cons

      Pay is abysmal, they don't value their employees, they would rather wait for you to quit than to tackle a problem.

      Pros

      Can't think of any. Lots of back stabbing between employees for sale's per hour goals. Laying off drivers and demoting assist general managers

      Cons

      Laid off drivers at my store. Cut the budget hours for staffing. Workers that didn't get laid off are doing double duty but no extra hours or pay
