All about the bottom line

Pros

To be honest just the employees I work with on a daily basis

Cons

It's only about how much the company can get for as little amount of pay possible. Restructuring "titles" so they are able to take pay away but expect employees to do the same amount of work.

Pros

You get paid every two weeks.

Cons

Majority of employees are not knowledgeable, have a bad attitude reflected also by the manager. Like ALL corparate parts stores, one person on the counter and one person in commercial. Do the owners of Advance never go into a store? Drama, deceit, theft, poor untrained managers.

Pros

Discounts on parts is about the only thing have to put 20 words not sure what they want me to write here!!

Cons

Depends on who you are if your liked your taken care of if some don't like u they get rid of you!! Don't have any court orders for your pay no matter if your fightimg or contesting that you owe it they will take it right from u also sign u up for insurance without any of your consent!!!!
