Pros

none, customers get better parts discount then employees

Cons

Impossible to get a full time position, constantly understaffed in stores, horrible pay, broke customers wanting you to work on their cars for free, and will complain to get their way and make threats, To many tasks and high expectations to get everything done including putting away stock and inventory counts answering phones on 3 rings while having to help customers, very stressful job.

Pros

Promotions were based on results and capacity to do more within the organization. Base compensation was above average for the sales volume.

Cons

Work life balance does not exist. Frequently expected to work 6-days in the filed, with Sunday as a planning day. Too many conference calls that would last for more than 1-hour. Not enough time spent with immediate supervisor.
