Pros

Barely livable wage. They offer pto and off on major holidays.

Cons

The training is very bad. They are very disorganized and trainers are useless. They will fire you for having chips or whatever they want to use to get rid of some people. Management is only for certain people upper management has made deals with, even if you over qualified for the position. What they don't tell you it's a temporary job. If they don't make the numbers they will lose the contract. Avoid this place if you can.

Ability to get promoted to a higher position My trainer was great Comfortable work environment

Cons

The hiring process was so unprofessional and it took 2 months from being hired to start working. Getting your bonus was a whole challenge: if you currently or recently worked there you would understand what I mean. Unnecessary points and crazy schemes to deduct agents’ bonus pay-out. Favoritism Base Pay was low There was always something negative going on
