The supervisors I have with me have really pushed me to be my best, which have allowed great opportunity to grow. The pay is also better than a majority of other positions in the area and is easy to get into, as long as you're willing to put in the work.

Cons

It's easy to get overwhelmed with this type of work without the correct support. If you receive a transfer, it can also stress you out if you're unable to pickup on the new position quickly.

Great people to work with!! Michelle, Hunter & Mandy are the best to work for!! They expect the best from us but they give us the best of them!! They work a lot harder than any of us! Very strict & professional. Very structured, organized and very appreciative of a good job. We could not ask for a better work atmosphere. We know what is expected of us & as long as we do this, then they are very appreciative ! That means a lot to me.
