Pros

The bonuses are good and it's not hard to bonus if you don't miss any days. The Bayview project is Monday through Friday, Weekends and Holidays off

Cons

The training sucks for the Bayview Project. I learned more about vegetarian food than I did my actual job. The turn over rate is horrible because of this. They just throw the new hires on the floor with no real training.

Pros

Paid training, insurance, sick leave, eventually. Or so I hear. Good for "a month of money."

Cons

That training isn't very effective. The work isn't worth the pay. You will be fired for something.
