Steady pay check, hard to get fired, good vision insurance

Cons

Paid every 2 weeks, dental and health insurance aren't that great, work not for everybody, can be stressful, little recognition if you do well, a lot of recognition if you make a mistake

Pros

Will hire almost anyone, "ok" supervisors, and because of their high turnovers due to employees quitting you have job security.

Cons

Pay is horrible, make sure to get in a department that does overtime, and be prepared to get cursed out everyday by angry customers.
