Pros

One of the easiest places to gain full time employment. The projects this call center are relatively simple in nature and the training for the most part gives you the necessary basic skills to perform the job function. Benefits are decent and not that expensive compared to other companies I have worked for in the past.

Cons

It appears to many street pharmacist use this company as a front for their side job. It is way to easy to watch illegal activity going on in the parking lots and bathrooms. Upper management is very disconnected from front line employees. Too many mid-level managements, supervisors, have a "big head" about their position and make it almost a hostile work environment at times.

Pros

Over time is usually good if you need the hours. Starting pay isn't too bad considering its a 3rd party call center. Compare it to actually 1st party call centers and the pay is horrible

Cons

The people who work here are unprofessional! They will hire anyone! There are so many people on drugs there its not even funny. I witnesses people every single day high and the management did nothing about it. I am a very career driven person and I was treated like crap. I was told everyday that if we didn't pick up the pace then we would all be fired even when I was doing good. I would never suggest this place to anyone. They advertise like they are trying to help the community by creating more job but in reality their turn over rate is just horrible.
