Pros

Worked with group and split the work. Had specific goals in place to meet and deadlines. Managers are really helpful and understanding.

Cons

Sometimes you would have one person that would slow down the team and everyone was responsible.

Pros

They mostly work around a school schedule if you are in college or have some kind of appointment

Cons

The pay is too low, they have really unreachable call times, they continue to change things and from what I've heard from my supervisor they are going to do some pretty big changes here soon, If they are wanting us to give the cardholder good customer service they cant limit us to a time that we have to follow. Also sometimes the supervisors will be talking to each other and wont even be paying attention to anyone raising their hand. Some of the supervisors will see your hand and continue to chat and fiddle fart around with the other supervisors and it takes about 4 minutes for a supervisor to get to you and answer a question and by that time you have probably hit your call time right there. I cant believe how much longer this box is than the other one. Another thing that sucks is the supervisor that does the time off...if you don't have that many hours built up then you better do it...because your pto request will be denied and i had 16 hours of pto left and i wanted off for 2 days because the pto hours were going to fall off on the 30th anyway and he declined it so i ended up calling in for those two days and using my pto that way.
