Pros

You can make some decent money here. Most don't, but you could.

Cons

Horrible atmosphere. Horrible leadership and management. Horrible work ethic and moral among employees. You must lose your morals and pride to succeed here. The job comes first for most the employees here, so if your a family person, avoid it. By far the worst place I've ever worked for stress and lack of encourage meant. They manage by yelling, threatening, and fear. You stay job scared. You are expected to be perfect. Sometimes the money isn't worth it.

Stability of company if your a solid employee. Opportunities for growth! I started as an agent and have worked my way to the VP role. You can create opportunities by being a dependable employee.

Cons

Changes are the nature of this business. It can be a challenging at times. Patience is needed.

Management is always on fire, bias and favoritism is super evident, training for a role is minimal.
