Pros

Good hours and opportunities for Overtime

Cons

New employees are not properly trained and within 3 weeks they are already pushed out onto the production floor. More experienced employees are always looking for team leaders for help and to learn about things they should have learned in class. Very high turnover rate. Trainers seem to not care about effectively training their students before sending them to the phones. Lastly longer breaks are needed due to how stressful the environment is.

None. Break room helps minutely.

Cons

They will get every ounce of work out of you they can. They will look you in the eyes saying how much you are appreciated, but they actually think only of how replaceable all employees are.

Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent ability to get promoted, and bonus!

Cons

Need to clean up outside break area....smokers area is dirty
