Pros

Decent amount of hours. Clean and neat environment, you get your own cubicle.

Cons

Everyday they are giving you new things to do with very little organization or information. The supervisor are never really ready and willing to help, and if they are they have no idea what they are talking about....most of the time you have to figure things out on your own, if not you will be standing there with your hand up for along time waiting for someone to help you, while you have a customer on the phone on hold. They are constantly changing hours. You can walk in any day and your schedule for that day can be changed. They are constantly changing your hours and expect you to work them with such such short notice, if you don't you will be penalized.

Pros

You get paid to work there.

Cons

Dirty and outdated building. No employee drug testing, resulting in rampant use. No job security, between layoffs, programs ending and constant mismanagement-your job is never secure. If your program ends, they will move you, but you will be forced to take a pay cut. Employees are just a number. Management is awful. Prepare to be yelled at, disrespected, threatened and embarrassed in front of your peers. Leadership all the way down to entry level employees are unprofessional. This is not a career, it is a paycheck. They shuffle in new hires above 50-60 a WEEK. This is due to loss of employees, not growth. The CEO is not concerned about employee satisfaction (as he tries to portray). He wants bodies in seats so he can line his pockets. Absolutely disgusting company.

Pros

Pay is decent for my area, And is an Equal Opportunity Employer. The humans are great.

Cons

Minimal Job security, And if you get too many raises - you get offered a term-Rehire Position in a worse project, and haveing pay reset to a maximum of 18.50.even if you have been with them for more than 20 years
