Pros

The pay wasn't bad. $17/hr.

Cons

I switched to the claims department without any details about the position. They knew I wanted a different shift and offered it in the form of a claims position. Of course i said yes because the shift provided a better work/life balance. However, once I started the position, it wasn't something that I felt I could do well at. My only options were to make it work, or resign. I was forced into doing the latter, once my health started to plummet. There were no resources to help. I had to put my health first and resign.

Pros

Training through the contractor was great. Received all necessary equipment in a timely manner.

Cons

Poor training of supervisors. After training and going live in production, many times we (our group) was left alone without any support or guidance when answering calls.
