Pros

Easy pay check if you don't take the job too seriously. Attendance and dress code is very lenient. So much mismanagement makes it easy for lazy people to get paid for nothing too.

Cons

Promotions seem more based on who you know then what you know about the job. Employed with company for over 3 years and have not got one performance review for a raise and can not get anything done about it, seems as tho company would rather let good employees walk and replace them, then give them raises and recognition they deserve.

Pros

Decent pay. Decent benefits. Good PTO policy. Employee-owned company.

Cons

Training is woefully inadequate. Advancement is inconsistent, and it is extremely common for high-performing employees to be promoted and then subsequently demoted through no fault of their own, due to internal restructuring (loss of a contract, offshoring, outsourcing, ETC). This has a devastating impact on morale, and management does not seem to care.
