Pros

pay is decent for work, but you will get burned out

Cons

it is not a good place to work. if someone connected to HR or higher in the department complains you are out. Training isn't done right, and often left unfinished. They only care about getting as many people on the floor as possible as soon as possible. no support for Agents aside from a few managers and SCA's.

Work from home, training is easy

Cons

Super low pay for the area, rampant miscommunication between managers and to employees, difficulty getting time off, extremely strict call parameters that lead to you getting coached, some managers actively belittling employees
