The pay was great. My direct manager was great.

Cons

ACT was great for me, until I was no longer valuable. I was a reliable employee that was flexible and had several different positions and supervisors during my time there. I even left to go with another employer and came back when my previous manager called and asked me to. I never called in, even when my child was in the hospital my brother stayed with him. I worked the day following gallbladder removal and the day following a tonsillectomy. But in the end, that meant nothing to them. I was let go with zero notice due to "position elimination". You will NEVER be important or valuable to this company, so if you accept a position make sure to continue applying elsewhere.
